What's included in the care?
Depending on the package: content care (images, videos, texts, services), technical updates, backups, security, load-time optimization and, on request, care of your Google Business Profile.
Am I tied in long-term?
No. The care is cancellable monthly. We convince through performance, not contracts.
What does website care cost?
At 25/7 Agency the Premium website including care is available from €149/month — cancellable monthly, no hourly billing. It includes content care, technical updates, backups, security and, on request, Google Business Profile care. For existing websites we didn't build ourselves, we provide an individual quote after a short technical check.
What happens if I cancel the care?
Your website stays your website: you keep domain, content and access, and the site runs on normally — there's no technical dependency on us. We hand everything over cleanly documented, to you or another provider. As care is cancellable monthly, you take no risk; only the ongoing services like care, updates and backups end.
What is not included in the care?
Large one-off projects aren't included: a complete redesign, extensive new functional areas, ad campaigns or ongoing social-media production. Such projects we calculate separately — as always at a fixed price with no hourly billing, so you know the cost in advance. We draw the line transparently in the care plan: what's covered monthly is written there in black and white.
Is website care worth it for small businesses?
Yes — especially for businesses without their own IT or marketing resources. Outdated hours, old prices or a hacked site cost real enquiries and trust; care prevents exactly that for a predictable monthly amount from €149. Weigh that against what a single lost enquiry or a day of downtime costs — for most local businesses the math is quickly clear.
